It's usually hit or miss, but TA is very helpful. He explains what is needed and gives options. They are always busy, but he never makes the experience stressful.

Update: No one called me to follow up on my concerns. Companies are tightening belts with the economy and it's fascinating that some people can keep jobs treating customers this way.
