Oakleys Texas Bar and Grill was established in 2003 by Mark Hall. It had been Wacos iconic Continental Cowboy for the two decades prior. Stop in for an ice-cold beer, order a drink from our large selection of liquor, or enjoy a glass of wine with something from our menu! Our kitchen is open until 1 AM every night of the week.
