Established in 2024, POST Rehab and Wellness provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. We also offer a flexible approach to PT, OT, and Speech therapy services, extending beyond our clinic walls. As needed, we can conduct therapy evaluations and provide treatments at your place of residence. We offer wellness services as a continuation of care for patients who have discharged from formal therapy services or for those with goals beyond that of formalized therapy needs.
