Chef de Cuisine Amanda Turner breathes new life into the culinary legacy of the South by marrying her various inspirations drawn from the African diaspora in the south and beyond in collaboration with Executive Chef/Owner Michael Fojtasek.Olamaie is the first name of five generations of women in Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek’s family.
