The organization s units provide nursing, rehabilitative and long-term care services. It also manages the Nexion Health Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that was established in 2004 to provide financial contributions for a variety of charitable purposes. The foundation additionally supports various health care organizations that promote the well-being of senior citizens and individuals with disabilities.
