Palios at Aledo opened its doors for business in Nov/Dec 2014 with the same aim – providing gourmet pizzas using fresh ingredients at great prices and family oriented atmosphere. We have spacious indoor seatings available with a semi private room that can be used for birthday parties, team huddles and church meetings. We even have outdoor patios that you can enjoy with your friends and family while devouring some yummy pizza. Palios Aledo is run by two brothers – KJ & Jay who have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and who always want to have that small restaurant talking to patrons and be part of the community (please check our community page). We ordered the Noah's and the Chicken Palio pasta. It was really good. The only disappointment was the bread it came with was soft and mushy. The main dishes were really good.
