My angus steak was so raw and still cold on the inside I have gone to the other panda in the northeast and it looked nothing like this

Serving portions in this location are not like they used to be at least for the 10$ plate, very disappointing since it's the nearest one to me

Foods usually good no prob. The guy serving our rice and chow mein was freaking dope, super nice! However the cashier seemed to be having a bad day and it was pretty easy to tell she had a bad...
