Service matters... My wait was longer than expected ( not too long but longer than usual). They made this up by offering me a free cookie, without me mentioning anything, just in their own good...

I've always loved Panera. Especially the Asian Chicken Salad! Ordered it "to go"for lunch today and very disappointed. Very little chicken but more upsetting was how old/stale the sliced...

Their machines are down for hot beverages. At 9:45 AM how do you not know this? That would've been good to know instead of waiting in line getting to the window and finding out later. Waste of...

Service was terrible and the french onion soup had no actual soup but instead had the consistency of mud and taste like crap. I ate better food in jail.

Man, I have tried and tried to love my Panera Bread in Greenville,Tx but it's just too much... Too much money for the product Never open early enough before work Takes too long if ordering in...
