I just get takeout from here and wouldn't recommend dining in. The food still stays hot by the time I get home. I'm not too big on Vietnamese food so I just order the Chinese dishes instead....

The atmosphere is worn down, the chairs, the dining room tables are dirty, even the AC leaks. Food is okay.
