Owner need to step in this situation.. Customer service is the worse! Plain lunch hour the doors to get inside are locked so we went to the drive thru, lady was super rude someone kids are inside...

There is a 5 minute or more wait just to order at the drive-thru. Then an additional 10 minutes to get your food. I was handed my order while the cashier's back was turned talking to someone else....

Negative stars. Biscuits were hard the blackened chicken was hard and dry. The Mac and cheese was dry. Will not be returning.
