Its not what we do, its who we are. JoAn co-founded Dentistry by Choice Training, LLC (DBC) with her husband, practicing dentist Dr. Chuck Majors. DBC is an AGD PACE provider for CE. As JoAn grew her platform skills and gravitated to the National Speakers Association to expand her speaking and training business, the couple made some changes and continued to create a powerful network in dentistry. The two have formed respected partnerships with some of the most powerful postgraduate continuums today, both as integrated parts of programs and outsources. They have grown the company to have some amazing talent on the advisory board to assist them in the next phase of growth. Dr. Chuck purchased his fourth and final practice in the summer of 2014, and that is when all the teaching and systems they had acquired and created came together. In the new practice, they experienced a new kind of team member. The two worked through the systems training and began to build the basis for the DBC E-learning platform Productive Practice Meetings, to launch in fall 2017. The platform contains meeting content for the days or weeks your consultant, coach, or operations manager is not on-site for productive team meetings. JoAn and Dr. Chuck believe you cant just offer good content from the podium anymore. Its about the audience experience and ability to apply what is learned in the practice following a great seminar. Their experiences and day-to-day life in a practice make them real people, really in dentistry! Lastly, our abundance calling all consultants, coaches and advisors mentality has helped us create a network of great relationships the doctor can rely on.
