Horrible nail salon.. My mom and me went to get a manicure and a pedicure and the lady took out a nail or something from my mom and soo much blood came out, my mom told me that it hurt so so bad...

They placed me in a chair immediately but then I waited 40 min when I was told I would be helped right away. Each time a pedicurist was done they folded towels instead of helping me... my feet...

Horrible horrible experience got laughed at the entire time. Every time I would answer them they would laugh in my face. Very uncomfortable time getting my pedicure.
