I've Breen here a couple of times. This place is a hit or miss depending on when you're coming in. This place is more better to go too in the late afternoon. Plenty of sketchy people at night....

The use for face masks was not enforced. In the few minutes I was unaided 3 customers were allowed to enter and purchase without wearing masks. All were individually there not as a group. Disgusting!
