University Health Southwest offers compassionate primary care for adults and children, as well as women’s health, behavioral health and diabetes education services for families on San Antonio’s Southwest Side. Our clinic offers on-site lab testing, radiology services and a full-service pharmacy with walk-in vaccinations available. We help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression, and we also provide preventive visits, wellness care and appointments for sudden illnesses. You’ll find us just off Highway 90, convenient for neighborhoods throughout the West Side and Southwest Side.

University Health Wheatley Pharmacy offers immunizations, medication therapy management, and health and wellness education. Our services are also available to non-patients.

At University Health Southwest, we offer comprehensive imaging and radiology services to address the unique needs of each patient who comes through our door. Your radiology team includes certified radiologists, imaging technicians and nurses.
