Randy Richards Salon

History

At the age of 26 I decided to open my first Salon in Plano, Texas. That was when 'black and white' was really in, so we decked her out like a checkerboard. After I sold that Salon, I went into the 'Salon Suites' business and opened 3 locations in Plano.Dallas.Garland. Each location had 50 Salon Suites inside, and we employed over 110 Hairdressers. What an exciting time that was! But it required so much of my time, I actually retired from doing hair for 4 years. So, I had to get my hands back into it. That's when I opened the Randy Richards Salon, and started working fully on the Client myself, with no assistant help. I have always employed an assistant, but I wanted to get my hands in every facet of this business. Was led, more or less, to make the change. I have loved it more than any Salon so far. The one on one dynamic between the Client and I is vastly improved over a noisy, assistant filled Salon, while I worked on 4 clients at one time. Come see!

*Please see our 29 5 Star Ratings that Yelp has refused to show. I have no idea why, but we have 29 5 Star Ratings from real clients that Yelp has buried. If you are meant to come to us, you will press on through such blatant bias. Really hurts a business, and Yelp doesn't play by the rules. Again, look for yourself~ They have left a 4 Year Old Bad Review of someone I never heard back from. We stand behind all of our work~Please see my comment to this 'mystery client'. But then we have 29 5 Star Reviews that seem to be more established by having 10-15 other reviews, where the bad review person only had one, me. But Yelp doesn't show ANY of our 5 Star Ratings, even of well established Yelp users. Oh well. Word of Mouth can't be stopped, baby!
