Here's a little tip.. when you advertise that you open at 9AM... have your doors open at 9am!!!! There's multiple people on strict time schedules waiting outside your store as I type this....

As a licensed PROFESSIONAL, it really sucks to have to go into this particular RDA. It never fails that the store looks like a disaster and your tripping over boxes on the floor. Its not organized...
