Welcome to Rosalie Rose Salvadorian Bistro. Rosalie was founded by Jeovanny and Maria Hernandez, who shared a passion and love for their home country's food El Salvador. Home natives of Houston, Texas, Jeovanny and Maria wanted to give their first home the first taste of real traditional Salvadorian food.

Came to eat today, shows open 11-9, but closed ar 4pm on a beautiful Sunday. Came here since it said theyre open

The food is fresh and delicious. Service is friendly. I requested my order with out cheese and they was able to do it. Most places I try they can't. Music was pleasant.
