This is a typical Ross, but the employees were very nice and cordial and was able to get what I needed and get out in a quick amount of time. It was a good experience.

If I had to describe Ross, I'd say it's similar to T.J. Maxx, just worse. Yes, I realize what the store is: an "off-price" retail chain, but does it really have to be so...bad? This location...

Hit or miss. Items, items, items. This place lacks inventory. I remember there being too much stuff. Now it seems really thin. I don't know if it's the vendors or Ross not getting enough items....
