Customer service was very poor and the cashie Vickie was very rude and I will never go back there again. If she doesn't like doing customer service then she is in the wrong profession.

Apparently at the mall but not part of the mall. Just went in and the gate to the mall is closed. Also can't take the shopping carts outside. Feel like I'm being held prisoner by Ross.
