They do NOT care about their residents physical safety of their tenants!!! All they care about is $$$$. You can go out of your way for them BUT when you have questions, the phone doesn't ring....

Scammers who have terrible communication skills, nickel and dime you for everything, and will absolutely snake you for every cent at move out. Some of the photos I got of "damages" were laughable....
