After 10 years of working as a registered nurse, I decided to return to school and pursue a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Master Degree in Nursing, at the University of Texas at Arlington. After personally witnessing several injustices and inhumane activities toward women, I realized I wanted to specialize in womens health.
