Great store, but the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful to both us and the rest of the staff. I was shocked at how snappy and frankly mean she was to everyone on the two occasions we visited...

I ordered some beautiful wallpaper and the store in Dallas was great helping me get samples. Unfortunately, when the paper hanger began to lay things out, all 6 rolls did not match on the edges....

They could learn to return calls, they could learn to be honest about ship dates. I love their merchandise but the staff in Dallas needs serious improvement.

I love Serena & Lily--the look, the wallpaper and fabrics, the colors, the furniture...and Alex Ershov at the Dallas shop is always so kind, responsive and helpful and has excellent suggestions....
