If you go there ask for a guy named "Ben". He helped me get into a 2018 Rav4, no jargon, no "dealer-ese" even fixed some discrepancies on the spot, both on the deal and on the car.

Took 2023 Tacoma in with 12000 miles for leaking gasket at differential. "Service Manager" tells me it's not leaking. Don't go there if you can avoid it.
