I walked in and I was immediately helped. They gave great advice and I didn't feel any pressure to open an account. I don't know why I ever used banks to begin with!

Would give NO star if it had been an option. Reps are slow and rude... with few customers I am waiting over 30 min for Safe Deposit Box. No one greeted me... avoid this place at ALL cost!
