History

Dr. Smith graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX and then completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Heath Science Center in Houston. This practice began in 1990 in the Cy-Fair area on a part-time basis, but was principally located in the Texas Medical Center area. We moved to the North Cypress Medical Center in 1997 when the first professional building opened and we are now here full time. Dr. Smith is on the medical staff at North Cypress Medical Center as well as Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.

Our practice specializes in multiple types of surgical procedures: The removal of wisdom teeth and any other tooth indicated for extraction. Surgical placement of dental implants. Exposure of impacted teeth for orthodontic treatment Treatment of bone and soft tissue pathology, including biopsies for the diagnosis Facial trauma including jaw fractures and injuries to teeth IV sedation available for all procedures Surgeries in the hospital when indicated
