My son and I have had 2 horrible experiences at this location and will not be entertaining a third. We first visited this location a few months ago where we waited 20 minutes for 1 kid smoothie.....

Smoothie was fine- issue is they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. They have taken a public bathroom and bought an 'employees only' sign for it. They told me to go next door to use it... really?...

I don't think the staff is very friendly here. Upon walking in, I looked up and noticed an "ORDER HERE sign. So I waited around there, turns out they want you to go deeper into the establishment...
