Smorgasbord was established on May 26, 2016 when Hope and Donald decided they wanted to bring their Love of Food and ALL the varieties to the masses of Abilene, Texas. After frequenting the Local Abilene Food Park, they decided on a purpose to provide a larger variety. The Adventure started mid-July 2016. Come get yer Variety On !!

We specialize in Filipino, New Mex-Mex, German, Italian, and Asian cuisines in addition to cold treats and drinks.

Great food & it's run by Salt of the Earth folks. The wings are absolutely amazing. The lumpia is also very good.

Good concept; having a diverse food truck in the area is neat, since most here are usually bbq, burgers, dessert, etc... Had the lumpia and it looked good but wasn't anything amazing like I...
