The food was really good. I want to go back when more trucks would be open because we went on a random Tuesday as soon as it opened so not everyone was set up.

Amazing noodles. So bouncy and chew in flavorful sauces. This is the famous food truck of Portland fame but now in Austin. So delicious can't wait to come back!
