Led by Dr. Daryl W. Reese, Lyrad Health is an occupational medicine clinic located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Lyrad Health utilizes the latest clinical services with a multidisciplinary health care team, including experienced physicians and nurse practitioners. Lyrad Health diagnoses and treats workplace injuries and diseases. Our patient-centered services include primary care for on-the-job injuries, DOT physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, pre-employment physicals, pre-operative physical exams, and more. Lyrad Health offers both in-person and convenient telehealth appointments for patients in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth community. Also, there is an on-site option for larger groups needing drug screening and/or DOT physicals. Our goal is to keep workers healthy and their workplace safe. Lyrad Health is accepting new patients.

The Bluitt - Flowers Health Center is a part of Parkland Health & Hospital System, which offers a variety of services related to health care and specialty treatment. The Bluitt - Flowers Health Center offers general health care, including medical records, pastoral service, pharmacy and various student programs related to nursing care. In addition, the center offers community-based health care services to meet the needs of the frail elderly and disabled adults. It provides Alzheimer's and hospice care, subacute treatment, affordable housing, and inpatient and outpatient therapy services, as well as various wellness programs. The Bluitt - Flowers Health Center offers post-surgical recovery, on-site dialysis, pain management, injury prevention, and long- and short-term care. The center provides various rehabilitative programs that include physical, occupational, respite and speech therapies in addition to personal care assistance and transportation services.
