The shop is clean, everyone is very nice. Victoria cleaned up my hairline and was very friendly. My issue is just for a neck line clean up you still have to pay full price $21! Victoria nicely...

Horrible experience. Stylist Emily didn't properly consult and now I had to buzz all my remaining hair off. It was very disheartening to watch her just do what she wanted without consulting me....

Had a great time, everyone was friendly and I enjoy my time getting my hair done. Everything was fast and efficient. Management there was top notch, will definitely be coming back again.

worst initial haircut I've had in my life. was so bad the manager had to come out and try to fix it. will never return and will call their corporate office
