This issue was NEVER RESOLVED or RESPONDED to. I was never reimbursed. I sold my Marriot Timeshare and cancelled my Marriot memberships, and and loyalty plans. I don't stay in Marriott hotels anymore.

This place is so dirty and rude. I have reached out to management after being promised a refund over a dozen times and got nothing. Hair and feces in the room. ZERO hot water and loud
