You have hours for a reason stick to them!!! Closed 15 min early on a Sunday. Management needs to speak with team or change the hours. Guest expect your store to stick to their posted hours and...

Don't decide to grab anything after you have completed your shopping. Your cart has to stay outside the store where anyone can grab stuff or push it away
