Everytime I visit subway I get the same thing Italian bmt with American cheese lettuce jalapeño and extra ranch toasted never had a problem with this place it's my favorite fast food joint

Ordered online to pickup at 12:35. Didn't get my food until almost 1 pm. They took 5 walk ins orders before even starting on my order. I would have more empathy if they appeared to be understaffed...

I just left the subway on veterans blvd. After waiting 15mins at the drive through. They open at 7:00am it was 7:40 when I pulled up. As I pulled up there was an employee sitting outside...
