Don't move to sun city. High taxes. It's really an 80 and over. Golf courses have terrible maintenance. Buyer beware. Don't move to sun city, you will regret it. Homes take along time to sell too....

Don't move here unless you like living in an 80 and over. Highest taxes in the state. Golf courses are no so great. 4.45-5 hour rounds.
