RK Counseling is Solution Focused, Client Centered therapy with extensive knowledge of alcoholism, addiction, alcohol abuse and anger management. I use REBT, CBT, and SMART Recovery principles. RK Counseling is a Discreet Confidential, HIPAA compliant counseling entity. I meet you where you are in your situation and focus on solutions. RK Counseling provides comprehensive treatment, assessments, and screenings so we together can quickly begin the healing and maintenance to the issues that are hurting you and find success in recovery sooner rather than later.RKC's mission is to walk you through the struggles and provide you the help you need. I answer the hard questions and guide you through options. If you struggle with addiction, alcohol abuse, or anger management, I am ready to give you guidance and direction. I want to provide empowerment, share experience, strength, and hope in addition to a no pressure treatment at your pace. Not a 12 step person? That's OK. There are many paths to follow.I provide life Coaching, to include addressing depression and anxiety from a common sense perspective. I am are not a psychiatrist however I have been addressing these and other issues for 11 years. Common sense ideas, referrals to mental health professionals and residential treatment if necessary.
