Located in New Braunfels, Texas, the Comal County Clerk s Office operates several departments that offer county recording services. The office issues business, marriage, notary, birth and death certificates. It operates the Commissioners Court, which is comprised of the County Judge and several county commissioners who provide county budgeting, tax rate fixation and public welfare services.
