They came out right away, he was really nice & explained what was wrong with my kenmore dryer & gave me a few tips regarding out dryer vent & vacuumed out some lint, he was here about 40 minutes...

These guys are RIP OFFS...They sent a repair person who took a component out of my dishwasher, put the SAME OLD PART back in and wanted to charge me $325 for my own part..That is just plain...
