The residents are always engaged in activities and stay very active. This is one of my favorite facilities I have been too and it's always very clean. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly....

What started out as a five star 2 years ago, has now dropped to a -5, as the care is despicable. sleeping in urine, rooms not cleaned, garbage on floors with feces pull-up not being cleaned up...

My father spent 19 months at Legacy at Falcon Point. We were very satisfied with his care, including the dedicated and caring staff who attended to his needs. The staff was readily available...
