It wasn't the Baybrook location there's just no other way to Yelp Apple support they stated to be the middle guy I have charges on my account that are not on an active list on an inactive list...

Terrible customer service. Manager is rude, techs are useless teens they pick off the street and give a script. If you aren't buying anything, no reason to visit. They are of no technical help...

My appt was at 2, I got there right at 2. I was in and out at 2:30. Literally. David was amazing. He helped me fixed my laptop and even tried cleaning it. He said it would need to be deep cleaned...
