These guys really care about their patients. My Dd spent a week here, and although he didn't like the meals (he's spoiled) they did a great job!

The manger, Lupe is it? She gets upset when her workers want to take 15/30 minutes break, even though they are working more than 8 hours. She nags at them, but her poor managing skills are why...
