The UPS Store

I wish the parking was a little bigger, but the facility is pretty good overall. The workers are a little robotic, but helpful. They made it a quick & essy process.

I'm very disappointed that my package was pretended to be delivered 3 times. & by the time I actually got the package the box looked like it had been through a war. Bottom of the box was caving in...

I stop by for Amazon returns and this store is pretty spacious, so we aren't crowding one another when a line builds up.

Have had multiple packages stolen by the driver, don't trust UPS there is ZERO response even when you have proof of theft

I love the fact that the store is closely located from my neighborhood. The staff here is alert, responsive and helpful. They even help out hands for packing in case one needs it.
