I've rated the apartment complex a 3 because I love the location, love the apartment layouts but the management has much to be desired. In the year that I've lived here I've had 3 major incidents...

This place is absolute trash! Roaches and mice everywhere, they get paid by tow trucks to pick your car up from your own reserved spot, never do renovations & won't fix things that have been broken
