Horrible place to live. Noisey, weed smokers, I have called the police numerous times, nasty neighbors. I could go on and on. Each year it gets worse. Do not move to Thirty Oaks!

place has bird poop everywhere. grounds are not kept but the office wants to put so much rules on everything the pool, the community, the gym etc. its not peacful living here. the staff sucks they...
