Horrible, horrible!!! The worker was talking to her "incarcerated son" on the phone and didn't even want to help me. I had to wait so long for a car I paid for and prebooked. DO NOT BOOK with them.

Waited 45 minutes for shuttle. No Express here so wait in line with everyone else. Had to provide all my information even though checked in a couple of days before. Told 5 ten minutes for a car....
