Master Howell and his wife are great, my grandaughters love it here. Facility renovated after Imelda. Very clean abd well run.

Really good place to learn Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu my little nephew which is 5 attends this place and he loves it.... he just graduated from the tiger cub class hes pretty excited!!

I tell everyone who ask and most people i meet about this place!! Its great whatever your fitness level. The instructors are all very knowledgeable about everything they teach and how to modify...
