HistoryBEneFIT was established in 2016 but Donna has been a business owner since the 1990's. Donna originally provided home health Occupational Therapy to clients with work injuries with a combo of myofascial release, therapeutic exercise and ergonomics. In 2006 after becoming a massage therapist she opened Pro-Motion Massage and specialized in sports massage while integrating her occupational therapy and rehab expertise in order to focus on spinal cord and orthopedic injuries too. Donna always felt nutrition was imperative to achieving our rehab goals and became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2016. BEneFIT was established to provide a variety of modalities to enhance your health including Infrared Sauna, NormaTec compression, vibratory platform exercise as well as nutrition and massage. Workshops are held on topics like digestive health, pain free living, adrenal fatigue and sports nutrition,SpecialtiesBEneFIT is a small wellness clinic that integrates sports and rehab massage, nutritional therapy, infrared sauna, NormaTec compression, acupuncture and other modalities to enhance your wellness and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Nutritional Therapy specialties include weight loss, digestion, blood sugar regulation, pain management and meal planning. Infrared sauna for detoxing, boosting metabolism, relaxing tight muscles and aching joints. NormaTec compression relieves minor muscle aches and/or pains and temporarily increases circulation to the treated areas (legs and hips).
