We rented a trailer and scissor lift. They helped me hook and unhook it up from my truck, the equipment all worked just fine, and I used the equipment as normal and wasn't charged any extra fees....

The woman who "greets" customers and prepares orders is the rudest person I've ever met. She should NOT be interacting with customers as the representative of your business.
