Dear God, this is the most inept company, the epitome of faceless bureaucrats that issue the same "customer care" (what a joke) responses to your questions, ignoring what you're actually asking....

Do not use this company. They are not cobra compliant. Several lawsuits being filed due to their lack of knowledge. Will cost your company more money than it's worth.
