In those 29 years, he has performed the duties of estimator, project manager, consultant, superintendent, vice president and 50% share holder of Tidewater Contracting, LLC. During those 29 years, he participated in projects including the estimation of government projects ranging from $1million to $15 million, consultant work that included completion of default projects for bonding companies, and coordination of designing, engineering, and procuring of projects in Texas, Louisiana, Alaska, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
