A couple of months ago, I observed that all of the blue USPS collection boxes had been removed. As a result, mailing an envelope now requires visiting a USPS branch during its operating hours.

Very unhelpful. I understand hating your job but I think leaving personal feelings at the door and at least trying to be pleasant goes a long way.
